Spending Review Commitment

I commend the government on its Spending Review commitment to a social impact investment vehicle this summer.

Outcomes-based impact partnerships have the power to improve public service outcomes - currently at historic lows – at half the cost, while enabling government to pay only when positive outcomes have actually been achieved.

It is the way to improve the lives of millions while relieving government budgets.
